With two expert speakers, we will be looking at how we eat, how we grow, and how our eating and growing affect the environment. What solutions are there to our nutritional and environmental challenges?
Our speakers are:
Ffion Thomas (MSc Sustainable Food and Natural Resources)
Pamela Mason (PhD, MSc), co-author with Tim Lang of Sustainable Diets: how ecological nutrition can transform consumption and the food system (Routledge, 2017).
We will have questions, a discussion, and drinks, and everybody is welcome!
