Forest Row's Repair Café gets better every month. Co-founded by Green Party Parish Councillor Tony Lewin, the Café offers expert repair skills including furniture mending, clock and watch repairs, fixing electrical goods, bikes, mowers, garden equipment and computers. And there's a full table of sewing machines to mend and alter clothes, or upcycle them into new objects. After all, why throw something away if you can fix or reuse it?
The Repair Café is in the Community Centre from 10 till 1 on the third Saturday of the month. It's free, though we're always glad of donations.
