We are excited to announce Patricia Patterson-Vanegas as our candidate for Wealden District Council in Forest Row, in the election to be held on 2 May 2019.
Patricia lives and works locally and loves the unique character of Forest Row. She is active in the local community, working alongside businesses, individuals and organisations to make the village stronger and to help everyone to thrive. She has been invited to become a member of the Waste and Recycling Action Group, to find a way to run a recycling facility in the village.
Patricia has a wide range of professional experience in global industry, management and coaching. She has set up and run a successful magazine business, and today works as an emotional coach and teacher in Forest Row. She meets many people for whom life is incredibly stressful and is working for a fairer, more co-operative society where everyone can live well.

Voting Green and 'tactical' voting in Wealden
Voting LibDem or Labour won’t unseat Nus Ghani, no matter what they say.
Voting Green sends a strong message to the new government: Green voters demand significant change on climate and social justice.
Voting Green is a clear vote for remaining in Europe.
We encourage everyone to vote for the party that best represents their values.
Why didn't the Greens stand down in Wealden?
A Unite to Remain candidate is only standing in constituencies where a Remain candidate has a good chance of beating a Leave candidate.
The Unite to Remain strategy gives the Green Party significantly more chance of electing more Green MPs.
In Wealden, the combined votes of all opposition parties won’t unseat Nus Ghani.
Wealden Green Party is a successful party. We have increased our share of the vote in most recent elections and plan to do so again.
