Help Graham & Christina reach out to residents in Buxted with a 60 Second Survey.
This is a great way to make contact with residents and find out what matters to them and even whether any might want to help us!
Meet at Caroline's house for a briefing before heading out. We will finish up at the Buxted Inn for a drink, people are welcome to stay for lunch afterwards.
We have produced a simple survey which we take to a selection of homes, in pairs, and ask residents to complete. There is no canvassing or long conversation required. Just a short explanation of what it is about and that when completed they can leave it sticking out their letter box for us to collect later without disturbing them.
A surprisingly high number of people will complete the forms. It shows that Green Councillors do not only contact residents during elections.
They will be taken away to analyse to find out more about residents concerns and hopefully a few volunteers!
The more members who sign up the more residents we can reach in a couple of hours!
It is a really important activity where you can help Graham be an even more effective Green Councillor, and raise Christina's profile in the area. We can't do this on our own.
